At polar temperatures of minus 396 F at the southern pole and minus 413 F at the northern one, it doesn't surprise me that it's ice, not liquid.

This all reminds me of when my daughter was at University and got slung out of her fourth flat in as many months. So she came home and put the arm on me for the deposit for another one.

And she went on and on and bloody well on.

When the flow abated I turned to my wife and said, "Dolly, how much does she want?"

And Madam gave me a price and I wrote a cheque and gave it to my daughter and she still went on and on and bloody well on.

I love my daughter and I love the idea of space travel and pawning Hillary Clinton's jewels so that that we can build Santa Maria II and enslave the Lunatics, but I can do without all this crap about water on the moon which suggests that there was once a branch of Starbucks at the Lunar poles.

That said, many thanks for the photos Nytram.
