At first I could not believe what I was reading.confuse What an asinine demented employer. I hope he wins big time and finds a better working atmosphere. Sounds like an outrageous  request for sure. Does not your Constitution  say " Freedom from religion".smile Of course I could be wrong.

Meet the boss...his name is Joel Dahl.

Look at his shirt. Look at his truck.

BIG warning signs that should have told the dude: "TROUBLE AHEAD--TURN AROUND NOW!"

No, MERELY that Congress shall make no law establishing a religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

That's a pretty tall order.

$800,000 for a painter and decorator? That is £600,000 in real money.

When I painted the vestry all I got were a few pots of watery coffee and a packet of economy custard creams from Sainsbury's.

No wonder Nytram is so rich.

You painted a vestry for free? Ah yes, Christian guilt. No wonder you're so poor. I've had a few churches try to get work out of me for free. I gave them the respect to not burst into laughter until I was back in the truck.

I don't do guilt. I am Church of England, not Catholic. And the vicar was a nice lass and we were all happy to pitch in and slap on a few coats of brilliant white emulsion and a couple more of gloss on the wainscoting and other woodwork in the vestry. That said, the previous incumbent could have smoked for Britain and we had to scrub the walls down twice to get rid of the tar.

But the coffee was like maiden's water.
