I have to admit that I have never actually seen any of these movies all the way through. I tend to take kids to see them and then fall asleep.

But I hear that they are pretty good, so here goes.

I stood in line with my first future ex-wife to see the first film at the Cinimascope Theater in Chicago. It was entertaining. Never saw another.

The fourth. It's supposed to be "May the Fourth be with you." That's what makes it "Star Wars Day." You've ruined the pun, my good man.

I watched the first three at the theater during their initial runs, why I don't know because I was never a big fan. Only recently did I watch the three "prequel" films everyone correctly warned me were terrible. Thank God for the fast-forward button. I think I'm caught up on the other films, but after the last one I finally swore off Star Wars movies. Han Solo and Luke Skywalker have been killed off and Carrie Fisher is gone. Long past time to give up on this series.

I've never been a fan either, Dee.

The kids and I saw all three of the first trilogy as soon as they were released to theatres.  Don't know about them, but I never followed up on the subsequent films.

Here, help yourself to some Tie Fighter cheese and crackers and the Death Star cheeseball!
